Counselling
Our counsellors take the necessary steps to assess the students’ conditions and qualifications in order to ensure the students are genuine and eligible for applying for a student visa. Once we have learned about your situation, we will advise on what documents you need and provide insight into presenting the best version of yourself depending on your conditions and nationality. Our experience in the education industry has provided us with insight into the requirements, standards and expectations of the student visa application process undertaken by the department of immigration. We understand this process can be stressful and complicated therefore we are here to help you throughout the whole process, from start to finish.
Monitoring and Follow Up
After the submission of your visa application, we monitor and follow up the progression of your application to ensure it will be finalised in due course. Our duty of care is to ensure that your visa application process is as strong as possible to minimise the risk of concerns and issues of the department of immigration. If any further inquiries are raised after the submission of your application, such as a request for further documents or information, we will assist you to best handle the situation.
Genuine Student (GS) Requirement
The GS requirement is a vital process in your student visa application which needs to be assessed by the Australian Department of Home Affairs before your visa is granted. According to The Department of Home Affairs, the student visa program is not a way for international students to maintain ongoing residency in Australia. The screening process for this is the GS requirement which aims to identify applicants who are using the student visa program for motives other than gaining a quality education. However, the GS requirement is not intended to exclude those students who after completing their studies in Australia, develop skills that Australia needs and who then go on to apply for permanent residence.
