OSHC
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is a requirement of your Australian student visa subclass 500 application which covers your medical expenses while you are in Australia. This requires you to purchase OSHC before you apply for your visa application and keep your policy whilst you are in Australia and holding a student visa.
Some exceptions may apply to students from Sweden, Norway, or Belgium as you may have special arrangements under your own national healthcare scheme.
