Multiple applications
At Arya Education Group, we value your freedom of choice and believe our students should have the right to apply for multiple institutions and programs to provide options in case the desired institution does not accept your application for the intended course. Applying for multiple institutions and courses allows you to increase your chances of being admitted.
Course Options List
Following the counselling session with our counsellors, we gain an understanding of your situation and goals in which we provide recommendations of courses and institutions that best suit your goals. Our recommendations are compiled in the course options list provided where you can choose amongst the variety of courses and institutions. If you have any preferences, such as specific courses, institutions, regions, etc., discuss your preferences with our counsellors and we will incorporate them in your course options list.
Priorities
We ask our students to prioritise their options in the course options list based on their preferences. Once priorities have been identified, we move onto the preparation stage of the admission process where we start preparing applications to be submitted to the respective institutions.
Preparation Stage
The preparation stage involves the collection of your documents, certificates and identification which we will then certify to make sure they are genuine and submit to the desired institution in the form of a potential application. One of these documents is the Statement of Purpose (SOP), more commonly referred to as SOP, which the student must write themselves explaining their background, achievements and motives. The SOP is a vital document of the application as it gives the institution an insight into your life and assists in proving that your intentions of study are genuine. Our admission officers will provide guidance on how to write a powerful and effective SOP by advising what questions need to be answered and what information your institution wants to know about you.
The experience gained by our admission team over the last fifteen years has provided us with an understanding of what factors and qualities various institutions value highly in student applications alongside certain preparation and presentation techniques that will highlight the strengths of your application and make you stand out from the rest. You can be rest assured that our admission team will prepare your application to its highest potential, ensuring your application represents the best version of yourself.
Offer of Admission / COE
We are dedicated in providing your application with the upmost preparation and attention to ensure a successful outcome whilst providing you information regarding your course, institution and location of study throughout the whole admission process.
Once the outcome of the application is successful, the institution of choice will provide one of the following:
- ● Conditional Offer (acceptance is conditional on meeting the requirements outlined in the offer)
- ● Unconditional Offer (you are accepted with no requirements involved)
If you have decided to apply for multiple institutions, you can either wait for the outcome of all applications or you can choose to accept the first Offer Letter received although it is important to note that Offer Letters have expiry dates. Following the release of your Offer Letter, we will provide guidance on how to meet the conditions required, make the due payments and accept the offer to finalize the enrolment process.
Once all the conditions outlined in the offer of admission are met, the institution will issue the Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) allowing us to move onto preparing your visa application.
